Who was harmed in this case? How does it differ from any other real estate/bank transaction? Why would the state of NY be entitled to this sum of money?

An investor cannot inflate anything. He can tell the bank what he thinks it's worth, but ultimately, the bank is the final judge. They must do the due diligence. Now, if there's proof that Trump colluded with a bank executive to have his properties inflated in order to get a higher loan, then that would be fraud. That's not what happened. In fact, the bank was Trump's best witness. I suppose the creepy looking judge, Laqueeesha James, Crimson Mask, and the other tards on WC know much more on this topic than the banks and Kevin O'leary.

This case just smashed SRossi...he was planning on inflating the values of his Scranton homes to 10X their value on the basis of Dunder Mifflin Paper. Then he was going to evict all of the poor, unfortunate Puerto Ricans living there collecting the disability that they earned from the beatdown that Bamm Bamm and Dr Death gave them in '92.

Who was harmed in this case? How does it differ from any other real estate/bank transaction? Why would the state of NY be entitled to this sum of money? Banks have a capacity when it comes to granting loans. That capacity has an overall total of what can be lent to borrowers, but it also consists of various sub-capacities based on such criteria as borrower financial strength, the purpose of the loan, region, industry, and so on. If a prospective borrower intentionally and materially misrepresents key information the bank will use to underwrite the loan and subsequently receives the loan, that prospective borrower fraudulently takes loan capacity that could have been devoted by the bank to another prospective borrower that followed the rules but was denied a loan because the fraudulent borrower took so much of the bank’s loan capacity. This is especially the case with high value development projects. Theoretically, if Trump got a loan based on fraudulent underwriting information, another developer might not have received a loan from that bank and then subsequently had to borrow elsewhere at less advantageous interest and overall terms, or possibly didn’t get a loan elsewhere and had to abandon or scale back its project. Was there a victim? Victims likely exist that do not know or don’t suspect they were victimized. Personally I’d rather this was handled in the way a state attorney general will file a suit on the public’s behalf and perhaps that was what happened. I’m not versed remotely well enough in the law and legal procedure to say. What happens to the money is a good question. That said, to anyone who somehow waves off what Trump did as a victimless crime, all I can say is try to get a loan with fraudulent information and see what happens if the bank and legal authorities find out. People have gone to prison for doing this sort of thing.

If what Kevin said is true then who does NY go after next? If the development industry is full of this behavior why would Trump be the only target?

Is targeting anyone else going to get Attorney General Shaneequa on network news? Will it get her invited to the right upper east side cocktail parties?

The point I was trying to make was it's hard for (some but not all) people to believe the case was really about the law when according to a developer these actions are common and only one person was singled out.

Biden touting ‘Bidenomics’ to people that have watched prices go up , up and up (with no noticeable downward trend) will cost him the election. I have no doubt of this.

And then the Republicans refusing to vote for the solution because they don't want Biden to come off well in an election year is even worse, and shows the hypocrisy. They don't care about illegal immigration, they care about wanting to seem like they care about illegal immigration. Greg Abbot seems to care. if Biden and the Dems really care then they should put forth a temporary measure that shuts down the entire US / Mexico border 100%. Leave all of the Ukraine and Israel funding out of it just the US border 100% shutdown and have it expire 2 weeks after the inauguration. Call the Republican’s out so everyone can see who they are. Until the Dem’s do that i dont believe they care. Like i said the dems dont care

Making the rounds this week on normie-con sites was footage of Joy Reid, Jen Psaki, Rachel Maddow, and a couple other cackling hens laughing and expressing puzzlement over the fact that even in VA the influx of illegal invaders polled as the issue of greatest concern for voters. They laughingly suggested it must have been those crackers along the WV border who were polled.
They have no idea how insular and ignorant they sound. The message is, "Inside our gated compounds, things are as they've always been! Yeah, we have our personal assisants buy the occasional taco from a food truck, but that's wonderful! What on earth is the big deal?" Meanwhile, normal people see co-eds getting murdered, police being attacked with impunity, and schools being forced to house the brown horde.
Without fortified elections this is the kind of shit that would sink a political party. I've said it before but no matter what other issues he has, and no matter how privileged he's been his whole life, at least Trump doesn't hate Joe and Judy Punchclock. It's astounding that the cloud people can't perceive this very simple fact and regulate their own behavior accordingly.

A couple weeks ago, it seemed like the uniparty and ruling class were somewhat coming to terms with the possibility of allowing Trump to serve. Biden was getting some negative press, SCOTUS slapped down the attempt to keep him off state ballots, even some J6'ers won appeals court cases based on the arbitrary and excessive nature of their sentences. For a few days it seemed like the regime was considering just playing ball with and co-opting Trump. They could have done this in 2016 and they'd have been able to get just about everything they want anyway, but they decided to throw their toys out of the crib instead.
But this bit of sanity was short lived. The two sheboon prosecutors in NY and GA are still off their tethers. The one in GA was caught perjuring herself but was given a mulligan by the judge in the case because, well, we know why. Meanwhile, Shaneequa James in New York is raising the bar considerably in terms of how arbitrary and capricious the "justice" system can be. Nobody but Trump gets socked with these punitive monetary judgements and hurdles. But she gets away with it because, well, we know why.
But the media meltdown over Trump's use of the term "blood bath" this weekend has to take the cake. The carny trash that populate newsrooms around the country have now taken it upon themselves to not only lie about Trump's words, then insist you're the liar when you notice they're lying, but they further want to set the terms of what words and phrases a Presidential candidate will be allowed to use because he's such a big meanie pants that normal speech on his part results in them pissing the floor like frightened puppies.
It's all so tiresome.

At this point, after Golden showers, Russia Russia Russia, Ukrainian phone call, kids in cages, J6, 32 indictments with 1650 different charges, I wanna believe that only a retard takes what the media or the government says seriously. At some point SCOTUS is gonna have to put on their big boy pants and reign this circus in. Fatti Willis being allowed to remain on the case is a joke, but it'll work in his advantage. She is beyond incompetent because, well, we know why.

Biden is asking 'are you better off now than 4 years ago?' ala Ronald Reagan
So he has to compare things to 'the pandemic year'. Good Lord.
