More musings (I suppose)
Wouldn't anybody just plain crush Biden in a debate?
I keep thinking a new Democratic candidate gets introduced as Biden will drop out 'due to health' (something will happen)
Second musing - inflation - if I take 1.02 and multiply by 1.02 12 times (a year) I get 1.29 (29% increase) - thats just for one year. That can't be right. What did I do wrong?

The heat is being turned up on Biden, but it should have been simmering months ago.

If I were a debate moderator for the upcoming Trump-Biden rematch, I'd tell both that people are worried about age and cognition. I'd then proceed to ask Biden who is the president of France OR Mexico. If he couldn't answer it, that clip would go super viral. At that point, it would be harder to rig the election. Do you think Trump could answer that question?

I keep hearing talk about the possibility of Biden dropping out due to health reasons, and it’s all just talk so far, but at what point is it too late and he as the incumbent has to be on the ballot in November?

If Biden was chosen there, but then dropped out, that would probably be a complete disaster. As for the last possible date to put someone on the ballot, that differs by state.

Wouldn't anybody just plain crush Biden in a debate? I think it's very possible that Trump sits out the head to head debates just as he did the primary debates. Kennedy is currently on course to be the first 3rd party candidate to eligible for the TV debates since Ross Perot. Would probably be good for Trump to have Kennedy do his dirty work.

Why on earth would Trump avoid a debate with some cadaver? This I have to hear. I doubt very seriously that Biden will debate. If Trump is incarcerated, he found his excuse not to debate. If Trump isn't incarcerated, his handlers will find an excuse to not debate. If you think his poll numbers are a disaster now, just imagine what they'd be after a debate with Trump, who by the way is still lucid. I watched some of his MI rally, and from what I saw, there were no memory lapses or anything to suggest that he's cognitively diminished. If Biden does chicken out of the debate, Trump would be an idiot to debate RFK one-on-one.

That debate is like watching my 2 uncles arguing for an hour when they forgot what they were arguing about 10 min in.

I'm not sure on this
Biden's poll numbers after debating Trump - for the sake of argument I'm assuming Trump can 'out talk' him
Biden's poll numbers after weaseling out of a debate
Has that ever happened? A president elected (or re-elected) without even one debate vs 'the other party candidate' ?

The insane judgment against Trump in New York has more than a few developers wondering if they're next to be arbitrarily punished for what's a universal business practice. But Kreepy Kathy Hochunt was on the radio yesterday and said, "Hey, don't worry, we're only going to punish enemies of the State! You guys aren't enemies of the State, are you? Well, are you? Good! Then you have nothing to worry about." “I think that this is really an extraordinary, unusual circumstance that the law-abiding and rule-following New Yorkers who are business people have nothing to worry about, because they’re very different than Donald Trump and his behavior.” thehill.com/homenews/state-watch/4474774-hochul-tells-ny-businesses-not-to-fear-about-trump-verdict-nothing-to-worry-about/
