I'm currently on the July 30, 1964 issue of the Albuquerque Tribune, page D-2 (or pg 41 as indexed by Newspaperacrhive.com) and in the box ad, it lists a match not included in the article just above it that runs down the rest of the lineup.
Billy Graham vs. Riki Renaldo
The rest of the card is as follows:
Monday, August 3, 1964
Civic Auditorium- Albuquerque, NM
The Sheik vs. Seaman Art Thomas
Tokio Tom vs. Ricci Romero
Sweet Georgia Brown vs. Betty Spencer
Steve Stanlee vs. Louis Tillett
The spellings are atrocious, even when compared to the article. Given the geography of the show and in spite of the timeline , I could almost imagine SBG being here. Thought you might like to know about it.

There was a Billy Graham (usually Bill Graham) who wrestled in Arizona in the 60s and 70s. This is most likely him and not the Superstar.

Thanks Kriss. I had just located the Wayne Coleman dates aproximately a week, or a week and a half ago.
As for the February 6, 1972 card from from Arizona. I cant find anything to verify it was totally wayne Coleman or it wasn't. I couldn't find anything with the other Bill Graham for 1972.
At the time of these cards Billy Graham would have been able to be appear on this card. I tried looking before these dates and after them, yet could not find another listing for Bill Graham, this was the only listing i could find for the time period I researched in 1972. It is why I belived it to be Billy Graham. Graham had wrestled in his hometown before as Wayne Coleman, then he changed his ring name after that to Billy Graham. So Graham fits in here between the Shire Promotion and working in Hawaii for this date. He also worked in Phoenix again in 1982 before returning to the WWF full time, while doing the TV tapings.
If I could find one other listing for Bill Graham in 1982 that was from any other month, i would eliminate that date from my record book. But I cant locate one.

Ron- On your 1985 SBG results you have a listing for Charleston on Thursday 3-7-85. I have a clipping link below that promotes their usual Friday night show at County Hall, but it appears in the Thursday paper and references "Tommorow night".

yes I had seen that. Clipcorner had verified to me, and sent me clippings from his research to show Graham was in Richmond on the 8th. He inclued the promo box and the results for that event.
The Charlestown add that you have pasted in the above link I had stuck on the 7th. Thinking it might have been error by the newspaper. I cant see him being in both towns on the 8th. If it was a saturday then I would say one was a matinee. But the above are both slated for a Friday. Charlestown has been held on Thursdays previously. A example is January 10th of the same year for add your showing me.
So for right now, I am still at a loss for Charlestown as I have been since I got it.

The weekly regular shows in Charleston had become less frequent in the year up to that show, but this card marked then end to any regularity, and the town became just a spot-show town. Without any results, we can only speculate. I can see only two explanations:
1. SBG was advertised, but did not appear.
2. The show was held on the Thursday, and the newspaper was incorrect. This would have hurt the attendance, and might explain why this was the last card in Charleston for 2 months.
From Magnum T.A.'s record book, he faced John Tatum on the Richmond card, with both billed on the Charleston card.
I think the evidence points to the fact that the Charleston card was incorrectly advertised for the 8th.

EDIT- Sorry Ron, I thought this card filled in one of your blanks...but then I looked closer and you are missing the opponent for February 12 in Allentown, not March 12. In the Mat Results file Rag-1985-04 where I got this from, the Feb. 12 date is apparently also typed up, but that portion is unreadable on the scan. Better luck next time. I'm leaving it here because it looks to be a neat Pro Wrestling USA show, sort of a combo of 1985 Crockett/AWA and 1979 WWWF talent.
3/12/85 Allentown, PA
Sgt. Slaughter & Bob Backlund beat Ron Bass & Ivan Koloff by DQ
Larry Zbyszko beat Pete Sanchez
Superstar Billy Graham beat Steve King

Found this listing in the "Misc Newsletters #2" folder from Flair73's archives. It's the pdf listed as "Independent Wrestling Association 4" on page 8:
9/24/1982 Phoenix, AZ
The Beast drew Lumberjack #2
The Exorcist beat Sneaky Red Smith
Lumberjack #1, Lumberjack #3 & The Beast beat Mr. Murder, Cherokee Willie & Colorado Kid
John Ringer & Marcial Bovee beat Pedro El Grande & Eli Hernandez
U.S. Heavyweight title: Jody Arnold beat Superstar Billy Graham by pinfall
At the bottom of that page in the recap they make a big deal out of the pinfall win for Arnold.

I asked Dale Pierce (Marcial Bovee) about SBG's appearances in AZ in '82. He managed SBG as Bovee for those matches, and recalled the Ron Pritchard and tag team bouts you already had. The Jody Arnold match was one week after the second tag.

Nice. Thank you.
Kind of a two part follow up question. If you get the chance could you ask him:
1st. If Billy was doing the kung fu gimmick thier also, because durring this time frame he was doing just the WWF TV tapings. He didnt start full schedule in the WWF till October.
2nd. Could you ask if they worked any other cities nearby, or if it was just in Phoeniz.

The short answers- 1) Yes. 2) No.
SBG was using the AZ stopovers as warmups apparently. Dale said Billy was quite proud of the TV angle shot just days before and said "wait till you see it"... but it appears there were never any plans to switch back to a Kung Fu Billy as a 2-time champ. Phoenix was the only town worked in that short time frame.

In viewing listings that appear in the PDF titled "WWWF Stars 4"... some of these match up to Ron's findings, but this card is a tough sell:
09/03/77 Bangor, ME
Lenny Hurst beat Johnny Rodz
Baron Von Raschke beat Jose Gonzales
Superstar Bily Graham beat Tony Garea
Peter Maivia & Chief Jay Strongbow beat Ken Patera & Lou Albano
Von Raschke's record book has a possible match vs. Ricky Steamboat on this date in Spartanburg, SC, but Mid-Atlantic Gateway has the card date disputed, and actually taking place on 9/2/77. If this result is valid, it looks to be one of BVR's final WWWF bouts as he had already been with JCP for a few weeks.
As for Graham, he has a 9/3/77 booking in Gainesville, FL facing Dusty Rhodes based on Ron's research. Can either the Bangor card or Gainesville be verified as an afternoon vs. evening show? I'd assume if he worked a double shot, the Maine event would be the matinee.

I think the Bangor card is incorrect. There was a card in Bangor on 08/03/77 with the following results:
Frank Williams beat Joe Turco
Johnny Rodz drew Lenny Hurst
Baron Von Raschke beat José Gonzales
Chief Jay Strongbow & Peter Maivia beat Ken Patera & Lou Albano
WWWF World Heavyweight Title Match: Superstar Billy Graham (c) beat Tony Garea
Hardly a coincedence.

Clipcorner had pointed that out to me a few days ago. But I also thank you for pointing it out just in case no one else seen it. It will be in my next update that I am doing for Sunday. I have 32 new Graham dates added for my next update so far.

Is the SBG site still up and running. The usual URL doesn't seem to be working, and Ron hasn't posted for a few months.
Anyhoo, here's a new clipping for you, Ron. From 1979.

thanks everyone.
Where my site is hosted at, i have lsot contact with them. Their phone has changed and they dont reply to their emails. So I am currently working on it. Naturally my domnain name has expired cause it was also paid through them. If I cant get it up and running with them, I will have to just get another hosting site, and I will be using a different domain name since i cant get mine back unless i pay some outlandish fee that is hundreds of dollars.
I do have a update for the site, it is around 70 new Graham dates ranging from 1973 through 1987. Knocked the hell out of Florida for 1984. Less than probably 10 dates left for that year to show where he was booked for the CWF

That card minus "Pez Whatley beat JJ Dillon" allegedly happened on the day in Willingboro, NJ if there was no mixup. Source is Shedlock Vol. 10 Issue 6 Page 1, attendance was listed at 400

The two towns are about 4 miles or less apart. I had seen the shedlock volumes about a year ago and tried to figure this out already. My thoughts are that it was probably advertised in the Willingboro newspapers for Mount Holly since they sit side by side almost. Willingboro sits on the west side of route 295, and Mount Holly sits on the east side. I have yet to get to that area to figure it all out.

Ron,
March 11, 1985 was a Monday, so it extremely unlikely they held both an afternoon card and evening card. I think your hunch is probably correct.

Doing more research into this date, James Morrison has given me information that leads to a total different city name. Burlington, NJ. That city is aprximately 2 to 3 miles north of both cities previously listed. I will be altering my record book to reflect Burlington, NJ.

Hey Ron,
I just saw that there is confusion about the March 11, 1985 card in either Mount Holly/Burlington/Willingboro NJ. I live about twenty minutes from this area. I will try to got to the local library in that area in the next few weeks, and see if I can't help you with this.
Hope all is going well with your research.

They came from the Belton newspaper correct? When I did my original research I used the Killeen newspaper. I had drove to Texas and at that time years and years ago, i had hit Dallas, Ft worth, Corpus Cristi, San Antonio, Houston. Also did Laredo and Victoria. I tried in Austin but could not find a paper that carried anything for advertising. I tried Temple, and got nothing. I tried Killeen, and found they ran once a month. I tried a few other small cities that I felt might be spot shows for Saturdays but with no luck.
I seen they used different boxs adds for the same venue. I kind of find that interesting. Killeen and Belton, if that is the paper, are what? 5 miles apart?

With regards to the different ads... I think that the newspapers did the ads themselves, rather than the promoter sending them in. That explains the spelling mistakes. "Georffery Portz"

I was mainly looking for JCP, so maybe there is more in the Independent sections (no clue about Florida). I noticed by chance that Carlos Kidd was written differently than on your site. Looking at the other results of the taping I wondered if Eric Sbraccia's name was horribly mangled, but I couldn't find anything out about his possible debut date (which is the reason I only wrote SBGs matches , I would have just researched all those horrible North Eastern no names *g* )

Thanks Kriss, they will be added to my next update coming up as soon as I finish scanning all my material over and uploading all the new clippings I have either had given to me or researched myself.
I am at 31 new dates, 22 of them being the Mid-Atlantic 1985 for which I have begun to finally focus on.

What the problem here with this as I am seeing it, and now understanding it is as follows:
Mt. Holly, NJ is the location of the event by town name.
Burlington, NJ is from the the name of the school. Burlington county vo-tech gym.
Willingboro, NJ is from the name who sponsored it. Rotary clubs and Zurbrugg health center in Willingboro, NJ. The hospital was even one of the places selling the tickets.
Now i just need to locate one article or advertisement for this event.

Yes it is, and those came actually from my research, meaning they are from my scans. They match identically to the ones i scanned over.
I changed domain names over a year ago. from .net to .com
superstarbillygraham.com
Thank you for double checking.
I am just getting all my stuff together and scanned over for my next update. I am up to 71 new dates to add, and a right now I have 479 new clippings scanned over to add and still scanning as I get the time. Since my mid atlantic area stuff is now so extensive, I am unsure what to do with it all. I have now over 150 dates with listings and/or results that are not listed on the internet for 1985, and im still gaining more. So that alone is a extensive amount of clippings and dates to scan/copy and then write up. I want to make another trip back there and go over the other dates I am getting leads to for dates and cities (spot shows) for 1985 in the mid atlantic. I am now starting to understand the booking of the spot shows/cities and able to guess some uknown dates that actually work out.

I believe that scanned image was posted on the West Coast Facebook wrestling history page and I linked the image when I sent my post. Not intending to bogart your research Ron, but at least you'll know I am doing it without malicious intent.

I decided to update my website today. It has been a few months since I have done it.
Uploaded another 361 newspaper clippings I have scanned over. This brings the total to 4,924 clippings to back up my Superstar Billy Graham website.
I have added another 93 matches also to it. Out of those 93 new ones, 64 are from the Mid-Atlantic area for 1985. I have mainly been concentrating on the Mid Atlantic area the past few months. I have gathered a total of over 150 new dates/line ups for 1985 that are no where else on the internet. Out of that 150 new dates/lineups 64 of them were Graham matches.
I now in my head am starting to understand the booking of the mid atlantic area. So I have about 50 more dates to check out that are not on the internet going by how they were booking the smaller towns, they should work out just as I can see it in my head. I wish I would have understood this before I spent over 2 weeks there on my last trip, I'd be farther ahead with this territory for research.

Bumping this up for Ron with an ICW poster I ran across on the New England Pro Wrestling Classics Facebook page. I don't know if you're on FB, so I copied it for your reference.

Ron, the card this date of 6/15/86 has been listed on your site as Schenectady but if it's the Colonie Coliseum aka Starlite Theater, the article I have seems to place it in Cohoes, NY near Latham, NY. One of those close-by things we discussed yesterday. The building address was 625 Columbia Street Extension which comes up as Cohoes.
Here's a neat look at the Coliseum building from when they were set to raze the place in 2012.
6/15/86 Latham, NY @ Coliseum Theatre-7:30pm

Ron, maybe you can make a determination on the exact date for this card. The scan hides the details due to its haphazard reproduction. I haven't found any details on the page that help me narrow down what day it was published either; too many small town sports that don't have archives! The AWA schedule and talent on the known cards that month lead me to think the date might be 7/23/74, and they have another business ad on the same page for the 24th.

Pez Whatley beat James J. Dillon
Davey O'Hannon drew Manny Soto

Hardly a coincedence.

thanks everyone.

Hey Ron,
I just saw that there is confusion about the March 11, 1985 card in either Mount Holly/Burlington/Willingboro NJ. I live about twenty minutes from this area. I will try to got to the local library in that area in the next few weeks, and see if I can't help you with this.
Hope all is going well with your research.
Hoganfan4life
What the problem here with this as I am seeing it, and now understanding it is as follows:

Is your SBG site still around, Ron? Couldn't check this one against your listings but it was presented so nicely I had to post it.
