It says this was a TV taping, but there was also a taping the same night in Spartanburg (2 hours away), with many of the same guys. It was a Wednesday night, so it couldn't be a double shot

I believe you, but then where was this?
JCP @ Spartanburg, SC – Memorial Auditorium – March 28, 1984 Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling – 3/31/84: Worldwide – 3/31/84 – featured David Crockett & Johnny Weaver on commentary; included Crockett announcing Tully Blanchard would challenge for the NWA TV Title, the Junkyard Dog would face NWA US Champion Dick Slater, Angelo Mosca Sr. & Jr. would be in action, and Adrian Street would appear; featured Crockett conducting an interview with Brian Adias, with Adias discussing his tag team match earlier with Jimmy Valiant; Valiant then walked in and said he and Adias would be after Paul Jones’ men; the Junkyard Dog then joined them and talked about his fight earlier against both NWA US Champion Dick Slater and NWA TV Champion Tully Blanchard; included footage of Mark & Jay Youngblood vs. Jack & Jerry Brisco from a recent house show, with the Youngbloods defeating the Briscos via crucifix by Jay to Jack; after the bout, the Briscos double teamed Jay in the ring, with NWA Tag Team Champion Wahoo McDaniel coming out to make the save; moments later, Slater came out and helped in attacking McDaniel and the Youngbloods; featured a music video on Adrian Street, with the song entitled “Imagine What I Could Do To You;” included a vignette showing the Great Kabuki outside wearing a headdress, then a kabuki mask, and finally showing his painted face; featured Crockett conducting a closing interview with Rufus R. Jones in which he said he had his $1,000 to give Ernie Ladd to face him in the ring; moments later, Ladd and Gary Hart came out, demanding the money; Jones and ladd then went out to the ring, with NWA Tag Team Champions Mark Youngblood & Wahoo McDaniel joined Crockett, with Youngblood saying he wasn’t done with Blanchard and McDaniel discussing their feud against the Briscos:
Jimmy Valiant & Brian Adias defeated Jeff Sword & Kurt Von Hess at 4:06 when Adias pinned Sword with a modified airplane spin into a Samoan Drop
Tully Blanchard (w/ Paul Jones) pinned NWA TV Champion & NWA Tag Team Champion Mark Youngblood to win the TV title at around the 6:30 mark with a knee to the back; Youngblood’s foot was on the bottom rope during the cover but the referee didn’t notice it; Jones attempted to push it off the ropes but was too late; during the match, it was noted Ivan Koloff recently regained the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Title The Junkyard Dog defeated NWA US Champion Dick Slater via disqualification at around the 3:30 mark when JYD began brawling in the ring with NWA TV Champion Tully Blanchard; Blanchard, wearing street clothes, came out during the opening moments of the match and was assaulted in the ring by JYD, with JYD tearing up Blanchard’s dress shirt in the process; the bell rang without reason at around the 2-minute mark; late in the match, Blanchard returned ringside, with JYD chasing him around the ring and then back into the ring; after the bout, referee Sonny Fargo was punched by Slater and JYD was double teamed before he eventually fought off both Slater and Blanchard
Angelo Mosca Sr. & Jr. defeated Gary Royal & Bobby Bass at 10:54 when Jr. pinned Royal with a crossbody off the top
Rufus R. Jones (sub. for Mark Fleming) fought Ernie Ladd (w/ Gary Hart) to a no contest at around the 10-second mark; prior to the bout, Ladd agreed to face Jones after Jones paid him $1,000; after taking the money in the ring, Ladd and Hart immediately left ringside with the cash; moments later, Ladd and Hart gloated about taking the money to David Crockett, with Ladd calling Jones “Capt. Nappy Head” and the dumbest man he’s ever seen; eventually, Jones came running after them, clearing them from the interview area; Ladd and Jones then began brawling in the ring, with Jones fighting off both Ladd and Hart as the show ended
