We don’t know that’s not the match HHH wanted. He might’ve thought it was good. I was very disappointed. Also, how is Rikishi not involved in this at all? Especially when he’s literally backstage. Its all over twitter from a lot of people even Hardcore WWE Fans, It was the worst match of the night. It started out good with Jey attacking when Jimmy was still out side of the ring just went down hill from there. Way too many Superkicks. What can anyone do to help them? They both have about the same moveset, and use the same three moves over and over and over again. 1) Punch 2) Superkick 3) Top rope splash
One says YEET, the other one doesn't.
They both kicked each other 500 times and had to lay around selling it.

Jey vs. Jimmy Matt vs. Jeff Rick vs. Scott
Other than Bret vs. Owen, has there ever been a match between legit brothers that wasn’t between disappointing and downright horrible? Somehow the chemistry is wrong and it doesn’t work.

No. Jimmy and Jey is nearly the worse since they are basically the same wrestlers.
I only vaguely remember Rick V Scott, it was during a period where most of the WCW matches were not much good.
Didn't see Matt v Jeff.
There probably hasn't been that many anyway. Briscos never wrestled one another as far as I know.

The first time Matt and Jeff Hardy wrestled in late 2001 or early 2002, they were unhappy the team was getting split up and seemed to be actively trying to tank the match and feud. It was awful. The breakup was halted at that point.
They faced off again around 2009 or 2010 in the WWE. It was better than before but wasn’t memorable. Matt also had put on some weight and started to look old while Jeff still seemed young and in his prime. Consequently, Jeff was the significantly bigger star by then while Matt had been made out as someone who didn’t matter, so there was no question about who’d win.
Then there was the Broken Matt Hardy gimmick with Final Deletion. No matter what Matt says, I’m convinced he started off doing a serious nervous breakdown gimmick that only became a comedy gimmick once everyone started goofing on it. Final Deletion might be the peak of cinematic matches and certainly had camp value like a true B movie. However, it was preposterous and wasn’t any good as a match although that admittedly wasn’t the point.

If you mean Mark and Jay and not Jack and Jerry, Dem Boys did a cinematic match against each other at their Delaware property with Papa Briscoe mildly overseeing the bout as referee 2 years ago. Plus I think there is at least one example of a straight up match in front of fans.

I was talking about Jack and Jerry.
I saw the Briscoes match on the farm. It was good as far as those types of matches go. Forgot about them in the conversation.

Just 2 brothers beating the hell out of each other.

He was just about bald his hair was shaved so short. I can't remember if it was CZW or some local indy that they were at, but I remember it. And don't kill me if it wasn't his "first ever match", but that's the way I remember it. At least it was his first or close to first singles match ever.

Penta and Rey Fenix have had great matches together. Cody vs Dustin at the first AEW show was outstanding.
Booker T vs Stevie Ray... not so much.

Forgot about Dustin and Cody. One of the best matches of recent years anywhere.

I forgot about Cody and Dustin. That was good and was definitely helped by them wanting the match and getting the freedom to do it their way.
