Knowing what we know about Vince, does anyone seriously doubt for one second that this is all exactly what happened? I can't get past him texting like a 13 year old girl. His grammer and syntax are awful. I know these are text messages and not an English Literature dissertation for Oxford but still. Also, how come we never see her texts back to Vince? I read the whole 67 page document like Blazer did. If there's any truth to it, it is truly one of the most horrendous things I've ever read. It's right out of the MK-ULTRA playbook how he systematically broke this woman down little by little. She was the perfect victim. No family left. No traceable office work history because she had spent the previous ten years taking care of her sick parents who then died back to back. Because of that she had a hard time finding gainful employment. Vince offered her a way out. But still, was she truly that weak that she couldn't walk away from the tremendous abuse she described? There may be a bright side out of this. Will we be seeing all of our favorite superstars on personalized dildos? I've got my credit card ready for a brand new set of Tanaka and FUGI strapons. Hopefully approved by JBL himself. |

Everything is coming out now. Latest reports from TDS say that Shane knew what was going on and Vince tried even to get him to join in the debauchery. Shane wanted no part of it and tried to stop it several times, including berating Vince about his behavior in front of high-level executives on at least one occasion. This led to Vince and Shane not talking for months on end and Shane leaving the company in 2009. They would have an on-again, off-again relationship since then, but tensions remained high and they haven’t been very close for 15 years now. Johnny Ace seems to have been Vince’s second choice as a play partner and was brought in after Shane refused to partake. Shane has not responded to requests to comment, nor do I expect him to ever comment unless he’s subpoenaed.

Sean Ross Sapp says a major sponsor that was about to begin working with WWE has backed out. No details on who this was since the deal hadn’t been signed yet. It’s extremely frustrating to TKO as they were working on some major deals that are in the stretch run with higher-caliber sponsors than WWE usually gets, and Vince ruined months of negotiations with at least one if not more.
Slim Jim is expected back after TKO finalizes the stock buyout with Vince. The 2 sides have had a decades-long relationship and TKO is optimistic that Slim Jim will be satisfied by their actions in removing Vince quickly and completely, but it was horrible timing that this happened right before they were the major sponsor of the Rumble.

This is a rather high profile podcast discussing some horrendous allegations with major mainstream attention. Cornette’s gonna get himself canceled, especially with his own track record of kinky behavior with women. Not saying it’s right, but Cornette is a liberal in 2024. He can’t be this dumb about how cancel culture works, and he’s supported it against his political enemies. What a moron to go on the air unprepared and laugh and mock his way through this story. |

If Vince wanted to be Eskimo brothers with Shane, you know HHH was invited to the party. I really think he’s shitting his pants right now (hopefully that doesn’t turn Vince on too much) reflecting on every text he was shown and every story he was told. If he didn’t adamantly shut it down like Shane did, and he’s worked there all along so he likely didn’t, he has an excellent chance of being collateral damage (and even Shane is going to be crucified for not reporting this externally, it’s not like anyone will think he’s an angel for simply not joining in a rape but not telling anyone about it). And then where the fuck does TKO find themselves? Owning a wrestling company they don’t know how to run with everyone who knows how to run it canceled. What a shit-show (sorry). Edit: I lost the tweet, but scrolling this morning, some random guy wrote this: “You think HHH didn’t know what was going on? Vince showed his texts to the dude who wrote Repo-Man’s alumni bio! Of course HHH saw them!” I found that both funny and absolutely true. |
